Billing Accuracy and Liability

While EMedical Billing makes every reasonable effort to ensure billing and coding accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all claims will be accepted by third-party payers without exception. We work closely with healthcare providers to resolve errors and resubmit claims whenever feasible.

Non-Guarantee of Reimbursement

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding services provided by EMedical Billing, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation as the first course of action. Should mediation fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with South African arbitration laws, with each party bearing their respective costs.
